We collect only the data you leave in the contact form or in an email, and we use it only to reply to your request and arrange the program.

What data we collect and why

We do not ask for or collect special-category data. We do not collect students’ personal data in the website form – only the number of students is given.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and correspondence data until the request is resolved and the agreement performed, and afterwards for no more than 24 months, unless the law requires longer storage. Server logs are kept briefly and deleted automatically.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data. It may be accessible only to service providers without which we could not operate: the website hosting provider and the email service provider. They process data only on our instructions and in accordance with the GDPR.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address and the date of subscription so we can send you news about our programs and offers for schools. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We keep the data until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to edukacijos@technoklase.lt. We use an email-sending service provider to deliver the emails.

We use only essential tools on the site. More in the Cookie policy.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- request erasure or restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a structured format (data portability);
- lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
